DISCONNECTED

About 2 weeks ago, staring at the monitor and surfing internet, play games and listen to music.

Most of the day I usually stay in front of the monitor, clicking the mouse, tapping the keyboard.Hit the Enter key.

Suddenly I just realized,

What the hell am I doing here?,
in front of this lifeless monitor, staring all day long.

I realized that recently I rarely go outside, to meet sunshine and listen to bird's song. I also have habit that don't like to go outside and meet people. I prefer staring at the monitor, surfing internet endlessly, chatting with friends through text, and live in my fantasy world.

Speak frankly, I'm nearly lost contact with the people around me. When I come back at home from study, I plugged myself inside my room and enjoy virtual world, and it even more worse that I rarely have conversation with my mom or brother.

Just when I finished my visiting the virtual world, they all go to bed.



But no more.

I disconnected everything: Shut down PC, turn off MP3 Player, TV, Radio, every gadget, everything artificial,

and go outside,

at the green lawn of my house,
Flowers and plants.
Ants walking, carrying their meal.
Group of bird that chirping on the roof.
Cloudy Sky.
Now I can see them all.




Feel like a new man I am.

Disconnected.
