Long time ago, (about 8 months ago) I released my very first wallpaper pack...ever, called 'Girl of Summer' [link] featured just a simple artwork, soft colour and nothing special.

8 months pass, my art developed from time to time into various different style: watercolour, overwhelming with texture, digital looking and the latest style is something (maybe?) more sleek-looking.[link]

*MidnightMysteryMeow told me that even though she like my new style, but she said the like the old, simple 1st Girl of Summer wallpaper more.

Something about it makes it.... Simple.


So I search in my gallery and found those old wallpaper and
surprisingly, it happens that simplicity, warm feeling of summer and memory are often missing in my new art lately....



And that's the story of how to be "Girl of Summer 2", new desktop wallpaper pack from me.

Note: The japanese text on the wallpaper is Oku Hanako's song 'Garnet' from the animated movies 'The Girl Who Leapt Through Time'(時をかける少女 ), which also inspired me to create these wallpaper.

เมื่อประมาณ 8 เดือนก่อน เคยทำใจกล้าๆออกวอลเปเปอร์มาเซ็ทนึง ชื่อว่า The Girl of Summer [link] ซึ่งแสนจะเรียบง่ายไม่มีอะไรเลย เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปสาวๆหน้าร้อนเหล่านั้นก็ถูกลืมเลือนไปจากความทรงจำ

หลังจากนั้นเป็นต้นมา สไตลงาน์ก็เปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ จนมาถึงสไตล์ล่าสุดที่จะออกแนวเรียบหรู ออกแนวดิจิต๊อลดิจิตอล
คุณเพื่อนฝรั่งคนนึงบอกว่าชอบเหมื่อนกัน

แต่เค้าชอบใช้วอลเปเปอร์สาวหน้าร้อนอันเก่ามากกว่า

เค้าบอกว่ามันมีบางอย่างที่ทำให้มันดู...เรียบง่าย

เลยลองกลับไปดูภาพในแกลลอรี่ซิ อา...ถูกหมกไว้ตรงนี้นี่เอง
แล้วก็เหมือนจะคิดอะไรได้บางอย่าง อาจฟังดูน้ำเน่าไปนิด แต่เกิดความรู้สึกว่างานใหม่ๆของตูนี่มันออกจะไร้ชีวิตบอกไม่ถูก - -

จริงๆประเด็นคืออยากวาดอะไรเรียบง่ายๆ ดูอบอุ่นเหมือนเมื่อก่อน แค่นั้นแหละ!
