Exam Season by Raindropmemory Exam Season by Raindropmemory

TALK

Exam season, to me, is when my short-termed memory work hardest in my entire life - and it always feel like I'm going to face the death penalty!

My most vivid memory about exam season happened in 2006. While I reading the lectures, all of TV programs of every channels suddenly change to a special program, and then the announcer appear on TV... It's Coup d'état!

I'm excited because I heard it only in the history class, and overfilled with joy (because the exam was postpone) - But exam is like death and tax, you cannot escape it!

and if anyone wonder, the clothes these girls worn are the uniform of university student in Thailand (there are some variation though, but not much)

------------------------------------------------------------------

P.S.

Actually, there is 'light' version of this work, which is bit more dreamy --> [link] , but I choose the dark one eventually, because the lighting & shadow is more dramatic.

Also, B&W version!

daz studio, while suck at almost everything compare to proper 3D software, still good at out-of-the-box rigging and posing experience and that's what I use most in my artwork. Still, I need to learn a proper way to rig with 3D software later anyway. :)

I saw another artist that had cut off your little watermark and claimed the image as theirs. Just thought you should know. I don't remember who it was but they gave the image a similar name

Ooops missed this metro series. This is my favourite of the bunch.

Really a big fan of how you details and extend your scenes for them to feel realistically detailed.

Danke wie immer~!

You know, I really LOVE the minimalistic art/architect style, less objects, more spaces, and want to try to create one myself.

However, I found that human being, I mean, ordinary men, is far from being minimalistic, and since I want to create the art that depict the slice of life of human being in natural way as much as possible, it's hard to avoid adding details because they often make the scene look natural - well, that sounds like materialism to me, hehe. :)

To be honest a well made detailed scene with all these little bits and pieces are way more impressive than abstract or minimalistic works as they simply require a lot more time to do.
You're totally doing it right, one of many reasons I adore your works so much.

Oops, sorry for misunderstanding,
did you mean the mannequin guy, the stock model in C4D? :)

Well,
1) I like adding surrealism to the work, to spark the curiosity of the audience, and for people who like to interpret everything to interpret it.

2) Actually, I'm still a beginner in 3D, and create human model is super hard to me, so I have to use Mr.mannequin as the timesaver & placeholder. :)
